What I Do?

Over the past twelve years, I have worked across the cocoa value chain, from farms and exporters in Latin America and Africa to European brands, innovation projects and supply chain strategy discussions.

My work connects entrepreneurship, sourcing and technology. I am particularly interested in how innovation translates into viable business models, how supply chains evolve under regulatory and climate pressure, and how value can be created more fairly and sustainably.
Moving Cocoa reflects that journey. It is where I bring together field experience, business thinking and long term sector development.

Types of Work

Moving Cocoa has been (or is) working on several initiatives. The common thread is structural thinking and change. Innovation only matters when it creates real value, and includes perspectives of all stakeholders involved.

Advisory & Board Roles

I contribute to advisory boards and senior level discussions where sourcing strategy, governance and long term resilience are central. My role is to bring systems thinking, field experience and strategic clarity to complex decisions.

Strategic Assignments

I take on occasional clearly defined strategic assignments that require structural thinking rather than operational execution. This can include sourcing strategy development, innovation models, regulatory positioning or ecosystem design.

Speaking & Sector Dialogue

I regularly contribute to panels, interviews and sector conversations on cocoa, entrepreneurship, innovation and supply chain challenges and opportunities. My perspective connects field reality with business and policy discussions.

Paid Advisory Sessions

For focused strategic questions, individual advisory sessions can be booked. These sessions are intended for in depth discussion, not general troubleshooting or operational support.
